Room 1 - Deer Hollow
A lower level, cabin-style, studio apartment that features a queen bed with a country quilt with wildlife theme, a queen size open up sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with table in a separate room, Wifi, smart TV for streaming, knotty pine interior and a covered patio with river view. The apartment is decorated in cabin fashion in an elk/deer theme.
This room has a large picture window with river view. Entrance on Riverside of building, ground level. Sleeps 4

Room 2 - Bear's Den
A cozy, black bear themed roomed decorated in a lodge style, red and black and white plaid. This room features a queen bed, knotty pine interior, beamed ceiling, mini refrigerator, microwave, Wifi, smartTV for streaming and a covered balcony with river view. Note: This particular room has a lower ceiling with beams and not recommended for guests over 6’ in height. Entrance on Riverside of Building via walkway. Sleeps 2.

A bungalow apartment with a large, private balcony featuring a river view and view of Hickory Nut Falls! This apartment features a private bedroom with a queen bed, a tastefully decorated living area with a queen open up sofa, table for two, full size kitchen, Wifi, smart TV for streaming and a private, covered balcony with rocking chairs where guests can enjoy the spectacular river and waterfall view! This apartment is located on the top floor. Entrance faces the river, via stairway from front of the building. Sleeps 4.

Quaint stand alone riverfront cottage with large, screened covered deck overhanging the banks of the rushing river. 1 bedroom with queen bed; 1 bath; fully equipped kitchen; 1 sleeper sofa: Wifi and TV. You cannot get any closer to the river than this.
This cabin is located in Bat Cave, NC which is 1.5 mile away from the Evening Shade River Lodge. Guests may also access the private riverside park at the Evening Shade River Lodge.
